  • We process certain personal data for the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

  • The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

1. Processing of personal data

A. Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form

  • If you contact us via the contact form, we will work with your contact information, that you’ve provided to us. This means your name, surname and email.

  • For what reason?

    • We will get back to you using this information for further agreement regarding your inquiry, demand for goods or services or anything else you contacted us about.
  • On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    • This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) b) GDPR - negotiation of the contract, or implementation of measures before concluding the contract at your request.
  • How long will we process personal data?

    • If we do not establish a long-term communication channel for further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 month from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

  • If you buy goods or services from us, we will work with the data you enter in the order. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address and email.

  • For what reason?

    • We need to process your personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver you our goods or services. Through your contact information, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding your complaints or questions. We will further process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).
  • On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    • This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) b) GDPR - performance of the contract and c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.
  • How long will we process personal data?

    • For the duration of our services and then up to 10 years from the last provision of services or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters

  • If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from doing it while making a purchase, we may use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.

  • For what reason?

    • Mostly to be able to offer you our new goods or services and keep in touch with you after your initial purchase.
  • On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    • The provisions of Paragraph 7, Section 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, allow us to do it, unless you prohibited us from doing it at the time of purchase.
  • How long will we process personal data?

    • Up to 2 years since your last purchase, but can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. To do this, simply contact us through our e-mail: support@digitalambition.tech.

2. Who will get the data?

  • The data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some other companies may access the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These are:

    • PayHip eshop provider (PayHip Limited; payhip.com).

    • PayPal payment gateway (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.; paypal.com).

3. You should also know

  • We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

  • In our company, there is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling.

4. Use of cookies

  • Cookies are simple text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, website’s domain name, and some numbers.

    • Strictly necessary cookies

      • These cookies enable core functionality such as security, verification of identity and network management. These cookies can’t be disabled.

      • These cookies serve to remember the choices the website users made to give them a more personalized experience.

5. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

  • The GDPR Regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and demand information about how we process your personal data, request access to this data, request to have it updated or corrected, request data processing restrictions, request a copy of the processed personal data and request the deletion of the personal data in certain situations. In certain cases you also have the right to their transferability. However, we can object on the basis of legitimate interest.

  • If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.

  • This policy is effective from 25.04.2023.
